What it adds to your assistant

Your assistant reads two weeks of your mail, read-only, and drafts how your inbox should be handled: who comes first, what you never open, what you're waiting on, and anything with a date. You test the rules together on today's inbox before anything is saved. From then on, every inbox pass sorts the way you would, and it asks before doing anything your rules don't allow. It never sends.

Try saying: "Go through my inbox and tell me what needs me."

Setup

Ask your assistant to set up your inbox rules, or say yes when it offers the first time you ask it to go through your email.
It reads two weeks of your inbox and sent mail. Nothing is sent, moved or deleted.
It drafts the rules and tests them on today's inbox with you.
You correct it, and it saves only what you agree.
