This policy covers this website and the live webinars we run. The Modern Admin Company, a business registered in the State of Colorado, operates both. Where this page says “we”, that is who it means.
We collect what we need to sell you a seat and get you into the webinar: your name, your email, and the fact that you paid. The assistant’s memory is not part of that — it lives in your own Notion and your own AI account, and it never reaches us. We do not sell your data, and there is no marketing sequence you did not ask for.
When you buy a seat. Your name, your email address, which webinar you bought, and a record that the payment succeeded. Card numbers are typed on Stripe’s own checkout and never reach us; we see the last four digits and the billing email, and that is all.
When you write to us. Whatever you put in the message and the address you sent it from, so that we can answer.
When you attend. Zoom, which hosts the webinar, records your display name, your join and leave times, and anything you say or type in the chat while it is running. Webinars are recorded — section 9 of the terms sets out what that means for you.
Serving the pages. Our host records the ordinary web-server information that delivering a page requires: IP address, browser, and which pages were asked for.
This section is the point of the product, so it comes before the boring ones.
The assistant’s memory — your Notion workspace, your email, your calendar, your documents, everything you teach it — lives in your accounts, under your login. We do not receive it, we cannot read it, and we do not want it. Nothing in what you buy sends your working data to us. If you stop dealing with us, none of it has to move, because none of it was ever here.
We also do not collect health, biometric, racial, religious or political data; we do not collect bank or card numbers; we do not knowingly collect anything about children; and we do not buy or top up your record from data brokers.

If we ever email you about a future webinar, there is an unsubscribe link in it and one click is enough. We will not add you to a sequence you did not ask for.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page. A Google Analytics tag left over from the 2020 build was removed on 10 September 2026.
One cookie is set, and it is not one we chose. Our host puts _cfuvid on the webflow.io domain as part of serving the page and telling real browsers apart from bots. It disappears when you close the browser, we never read it, and it does not follow you anywhere else.
One thing worth naming: the site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google’s servers see your IP address when a page loads. That is how the font arrives. It is not analytics, and nothing about your visit is recorded on our side.
If we add analytics later, this section will say so before the tag goes live, not after.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
We operate from the United States, and the providers above process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data moves out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish.
Purchase and registration records — seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it

Messages you send us — two years
Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will, except for the part tax law requires us to keep. We will tell you which part that is rather than refusing the whole request.
Wherever you live: you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Ask through the contact page. We answer within 30 days, and always inside whatever time the law allows. There is no charge, and we will not make you create an account to ask.
If you are in Colorado, California, or another US state with a privacy law, you also have the right not to be treated worse for asking — no different price, no worse service. We do not sell data and we do not run targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; if that changes, this page will say so before it happens.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict what we do, the right to take your data elsewhere, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
This is sold to people running a business. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Your registration data sits with the providers named above, behind their access controls, and only the people running the webinars can reach it. No system is perfect, and a policy claiming otherwise is not worth reading. If a breach affects you, we will tell you — and the regulator — inside the time the law allows.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is material — a new provider, a new kind of data, anything that widens what we do — this page will say what changed, rather than being quietly re-dated.
