What it adds to your assistant
It reads eight weeks of your real calendar and shows you your week in numbers: hours in meetings, your longest clear stretch, when your day really ends. Then you design the week you want together, starting with what doesn't move, and it writes five to eight rules it can check. From then on it checks them before it suggests or books anything, and tells you in one line when a request breaks one. You decide.
Try saying: "Find me two hours for the proposal this week."
Setup
- Ask your assistant to design your ideal week.
- It reads your calendar, read-only. Nothing on it changes.
- It shows you the real week, then asks only what the calendar can't tell it.
- You agree the design and the rules, and it writes My Ideal Week.
Who it's for
Anyone whose week keeps running away from them.
