Hi, I'm Aurora, Mike's Modern Admin. I'd love to get you started so you can have your own assistant. It's super easy. Let's work together.

Hi, I'm Aurora 👋

Aurora, Mike's assistant
A day with your assistant

It does the admin. You make the call.

One conversation instead of sixty emails. Your assistant cuts through distraction and communicates only what you need to know – because they know how you work.

Smiling woman with hair in a bun, wearing a white sweater, holding a phone to her ear and writing in a notebook by a laptop, with a speech bubble saying 'On it!'

Morning Routine.

Cut through the clutter. Focus on the things that need you.

Ask for your brief and it reads the inbox for you, then brings back only what needs you.

Morning. What actually needs me today?

Three things. Dana's renewal is due Friday, and I drafted your reply. Your 2:15 moved to Thursday. And you wanted a reminder: call the dentist by 5.
Want me to send Dana's reply? Or would you like to hear your full daily brief?
Send it. Then read me the brief.

Speaking

Done. Dana's reply is sent. That leaves Sam on Thursday and the dentist before 5.

Your meeting superhero.

Walk into every meeting prepared.

Before you walk in, it pulls together the agenda, your notes from last time, and where the project stands, so you know what's open and what you promised.

Ask on the way, or have it waiting each morning if you set up the routine.

Would you like me to put together an agenda?

No more loose ends.

Work doesn't have to follow you home.

Easily recap your day, show what got done, send any emails and lay out tomorrow. Do it at your desk or on a call during your drive home.

Ask for your wrap-up, or have it waiting at 4:30 if you set up the routine.

An admin system built for your tools using AI to assist you.

Abstract digital artwork featuring intersecting curved lines; solid and dashed lavender lines with round endpoints.

The tools aren't made to work together

Finance, marketing and sales each hold part of the business. None of them knows you or how it fits together.

Your Modern Admin

one system built around your admin and AI.

Your admin reaches across any tool connected to your AI account with connectors, and acts as a partner to streamline your work.

What makes this different

Your personal "context" layer

Voice experience

Talk to your assistant like you’re on the phone. We’ll show you how.

Talk it through out loud, and it answers like a person, not a manual.

Don’t lose your mind.

Your history, your clients and how you work live in your own Notion, on pages you can read, fix and take with you. Not locked in someone else’s memory.

Bring your own AI.

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and more, whichever you already use. Your memory isn’t tied to any one company.

Pay once. It’s yours.

One price, one time. No subscription from us. You keep your own AI plan, and there are no added costs unless we add hosted features down the road.

Built with you, live.

We set it up together on your real week, so it’s working the next morning.

Nothing goes out without you.

It drafts. You approve. Every time.

Data Ownership

Memory you own that gets better every day.

We've built a memory map for your AI to save context – a system for projects, your clients, your rules and the way you work. And it's kept in your own private file system that grows with you.

Because it's yours you can use it with any AI. And when you switch companies, it comes with you.

“Where you decide to build your context is the most important decision you’ll make about AI.”

Every customer gets a custom Notion workspace. This is where the real system comes together. We spent hundreds of hours building and testing it, training AI agents to reason and giving them real skills (the hard way), so it's easy for you.
‍
The good news: now anyone can set it up in under 1hr.

  • //People: clients, team and vendors, and how to treat each
  • //Rules: how you like things done, in your words
  • //Routines: the morning brief, follow-ups, the weekly review
  • //Playbooks: add your industry's training when you're ready

“I was drowning in followup and process… Even though I am not super techy, they walked me through enough to get started. In a few hours, I was able to talk to my Admin (I've named him George)… I am blown away by how valuable George has been. It has revolutionized how I work.”

Owner, Routes Outfitter

“The Modern Admin keeps up with me. I juggle multiple jobs, plus running Routes Outfitter and Trails End Tavern, and it keeps all of it straight. I just talk, and it gets to work. It's in my email and calendar, so my priorities stay front and center. When it misses, I correct it once and it learns. Work or personal, it's one assistant for my whole life.”

Business owner

“Learning from Mike and getting my admin (Carol) set up has been a HUGE asset in my business and personal life… It has helped me see blind spots in my life I wouldn't have caught until it was too late.”

TG
Tommy G.
Service Technician

“I honestly didn't know what I was supposed to set up. It just started asking me questions about how I run my business, what takes up my time, where things fall through the cracks. Then we started building around my answers. I think that was the biggest surprise. I didn't have to come in knowing what I needed. We figured it out together.”

Who it's for

Built for professionals

The admin training interview learns how you work. Your admin builds reliable systems around any role.

Self learning role and operational support:

The owner with a small team

  • Who's on what, and what's waiting on whom, in one place
  • Monday's rundown drafted from last week's open items
  • Your way of doing things, written down once, for every AI
You hand it out. Nobody has to ask you twice.

The consultant or coach

After a session, you talk it through on the drive home. Your assistant writes up the notes, adds the next steps to your client's page, and drafts the follow-up.

  • Talk the session through on the drive home
  • Never miss an important email or deadline
  • Email triage and follow-up, drafted in your voice
It goes out when you say so.

The contractor

You're in the truck between jobs. Say the quote out loud, and your assistant turns it into a clean email with the numbers you gave it.

  • Talk the quote out loud between jobs and worksites
  • Generate clean emails with your numbers and formatting
  • Streamlined scheduling, managed and delivered in your daily brief
You approve it at the next red light. Not at the kitchen table at 9pm.
You approve it at the next red light, not at the kitchen table at 9pm.

The solo entrepreneur

Every client lives in one place: what they bought, what you promised, when you last spoke. Ask "who haven't I heard from this month?" and your assistant hands you the list, with a check-in drafted for each.

  • Every client in one place: what they bought, what you promised
  • Ask "who haven't I heard from this month?"
  • A check-in drafted for each
You pick who gets one.

The realtor

Every buyer has a story: the budget, the school district, the kitchen they can't live without. Your assistant keeps it on their page, drafts the follow-up after each showing, and suggests times for the next one.

  • Every buyer's story on their own page: budget, schools, the must-have kitchen
  • The follow-up drafted after each showing
  • Times suggested for the next one
You send it, and they feel remembered.

The insurance agent

Renewals are coming up and three premiums went up. Your assistant flags them in your morning brief and drafts the "let's review your options" note for each.

  • Renewals with a premium jump, flagged in your morning brief
  • A "let's review your options" note drafted for each
You read them, change one line, and send.

The bookkeeper

Month-end, and four clients still owe you statements. Your assistant knows who they are and how each one likes to be asked, and drafts a reminder for each.

You approve the batch in a minute.

The executive director

The board meets Thursday. Your assistant pulls last quarter's notes and the open action items into a draft agenda, and starts the slide outline from your files.

You shape it, then share it.

Whoever runs the household

School forms, the dentist, a birthday on Saturday. Your assistant keeps track in one place and reminds you before it's late.

The family calendar stops living in your head.

You stay the one who decides. It just keeps track.

Why The Modern Admin exists

I built this for me first.

During COVID, my wife and I started a virtual admin company called The Modern Admin. Since the advent of AI, things have changed drastically and I realized that it has never been easier for anyone to have an admin assistant.

Originally, this idea was just for me – I was the memory layer for my own business: every follow-up, every promise, every "did I answer that?" lived in my head. So I built an assistant that holds the rest of it, and now I teach people to build their own.

At the heart of it, it's just good systems and training built on very powerful AI. You're still the one who decides. Somebody else just keeps track.

You've got this!

– Mike Rowe, founder

Questions

The things people ask first.

Will it send emails or make decisions without me?–

No. It drafts and suggests; you approve before anything goes out. It works when you talk to it, plus routines you schedule, like a morning brief. It doesn't watch your inbox in the background.

Do I need to be technical?–

100% No. Zero coding. If you can use email and a calendar, the workshop walks you through the rest.

What else will I pay for?–

A paid plan with your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok). And you will need a free Notion account. Gmail or Microsoft 365 for your email and calendar. Nothing else.

Which AI does it work with?–

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and more. Your memory stays the same whichever you use.

Where does my information live?–

In your own Notion, in pages you can read, edit and export. Not locked inside one AI company.

Your week is coming either way.You don't have to carry it alone.
